Gallaudet University Honors Ed Waterstreet (November 17, 2005) The founder of Deaf West Theatre and the producer of the nationally-acclaimed play "Big River," will be awarded an honorary degree at May 2006 commencement ceremony.

Deaf West Theatre Receives 'Highest Recognition Award' (October 26, 2005) The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services choses DWT for its distinguished contributions to improve and enrich the cultural lives of Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals, nationwide.

Deaf West Theatre Awarded an “Arts Connect All” Grant (March 31, 2005) VSA arts and MetLife Foundation today announced that they have awarded the Deaf West Theatre an “Arts Connect All” grant.

Deaf West Theatre Marquee (May 14, 2004) The Community Redevelopment Agency of North Hollywood granted Deaf West Theatre a theatre marquee!
