The NoHo Arts District's NoHo Scene features a day of free music, theater, and art venues along Lankershim Boulevard. Deaf West Theatre kicks off its "ASL Story Time" (an hour of storytelling for hearing and deaf children), and the Actors Forum Theatre presents The Belle of Amherst. 11-8. Admission, free.
